Eastgate Soccer Association coaches are a dedicated group of volunteers who donate their time and expertise to all those that are willing to learn. Our coaches strive to keep Eastgate Soccer both a fun and enjoyable place to play. Eastgate Soccer retains coaches who are positive, fair, responsible and respectful. Our coaches are solely interested in building a player's skill, technique, character and confidence.

• Our coaches are not centered around the team win and will not sacrifice whatever it takes to accomplish that team win.

• Our coaches are centered around developing players to achieve their maximum potential and to develop a players love for the game (and more importantly, to just have fun).

Each of our coaches strives diligently to uphold the mission and goals set forth by the Eastgate Soccer Association. These goals are:

• To develop every player to the best of their ability, both mentally and physically.

• To develop every player with outstanding character and sportsmanship.

• To create passion for the sport of soccer in every player.

• To enjoy the game of soccer.
